Artist Statement
For me, photography is a means of exploring my experiences, feelings, and ideas; an approach to the dynamic of the external world and my subjectivity; a subversion of reality through subjectivity. At times that reality blends its elements and an image that transcends the instant surprises me; other times that reality is transformed from the inside. My work moves between diverse areas of the practice of photography, between acceptance and questioning of tradition and current photographic styles.
